Job Title: Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN)

Region: Genesis - Northeast Region
Shift: [AP] 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (30-minute break)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration and treatment.

• Monitor patient health status and vital signs, reporting any changes promptly.

• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility as needed.

• Document patient care accurately and communicate with healthcare team members.

• Ensure adherence to infection control policies and facility standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
